The world's top golfer has pulled out of this week's Byron Nelson in McKinney.
Report say top-ranked Dustin Johnson was leading a field that also includes defensing champion Sung Kang, Masters runner-up Will Zalatoris and Dallas favorite son Jordan Spieth.
Yesterday though, Johnson withdrew from the tournament because of discomfort in his knee.
Round One of the Byron Nelson is Thursday.
This will be first time the Nelson has been played at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney after two years at the Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas and a one-year hiatus in 2020 because of the Coronavirus.
