City attorneys in Plano filed a pre-suit against a wellness center, alleging the owner is using the business as a front for prostitution, according to documents.
The suit is against Tennyson Wellness Center and owner Diana Zhang. The documents say legitimate customers who went into the business, located on Preston Road, reported lewed behavior.
Zhang says she has hired anyone who has tried to use the business to give more than massages and vows to stay open.
Plano says the pre-suit would allow it to get answers to questions that could lead to a full lawsuit.
