Some Plano condominium owners are unhappy with the noise coming from a neighboring music hall and last night the Plano City Council heard them out.
The dispute between Windrose Tower occupants and Legacy Hall which is part of the Legacy West business-and-cultural district has been simmering for a long time.
Duane Bates, Windrose Tower general manager, told the council they've tried to talk to Legacy West to no avail.
But Joseph Magliarditi, President of Legacy Hall's parent company, says they've made a good faith effort by cutting back on concert hours and lowering volume output of the bands.
In the end, the council took no action saying simply they'd revise city noise ordinances and permit processes for future consideration.
