Police in Plano have arrested a 68-year-old man who's accused of having sexual contact with young kids. Jerry Tsai, age 68, is facing three counts of indecency with a child by sex contact.
The department launched an investigation last month after officers were contacted by a woman who said her daughter had made an outcry against her tutor. That investigation resulted in interviews with two more students who both made accusations against Tsai, and police got a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody on March 31st.
The Plano Police Department is asking anyone with information about other possible victims to contact investigators at 214-941-2148.
