Police in Sansom Park have a child....but no parents.
The three-year-old boy was found wandering around the Sansom Ridge apartments at about 8:30 Wednesday night. Police did a canvas and could not find parents or a guardian.
Chief James Burchfield says the child could have been abandoned, the parents may not know he's missing or there could even be another issue.
The child is able to talk....but at three years old was unable to show police where he lived.
