A Dallas man has been shot and killed in Garland where police are still looking for the killer.
On Tuesday evening, police say two men were riding a scooter north-bound on Shiloh Road near Kingsley. A vehicle drove past and someone inside the car opened fire, striking both men.
They two were rushed to a local hospital where the unidentified Dallas man was pronounced dead.
Witnesses say the killer in the vehicle continued north-bound on Shiloh and disappeared. Detectives have no idea why the men were shot or who did it.
