DALLAS (KRLD) - An Irving man has been indicted on three counts of invasive visual recordings. Police say 40-year old Brian Hurse secretly recording sexual relationships with at least three women. KRLD’s L.P. Phillips says police believe there could by many other victims who have no idea.
Police are not saying how they came about to learn of the videos….but they say 40-year old Brian Patrick Hurse is seen in videos having sex with a number of woman. Police say it appears none of the women news they were being recorded.
“Right now he has three charges that he’s facing of video taping women without their consent while they were having sexual relationships” said Irving Police Officer Robert Reeves. “We do believe that there are more victims that we just have’nt been able to identify yet.”
Reeves declined to say how they learned of the videos or whether they were recorded on a cell phone, a computer or another medium.
The three victims who have been identified by police say the recordings were made in October and November of 2018, according to court records.
Reeves stresses police have no complaints that the victims were extorted and they believe the sex was consensual.
They are urging any women who may have had a relationship with Hurse to contact Detective Kevin Burkleo at (972) 721-3576. Irving police detective where confidentiality protocols are in place.
