A killer is on the loose in Dallas where a man was gunned down Monday on Forest Lane near 635 LBJ.
Police and paramedics found a badly wounded Ktrell Rodgers who was rushed to the emergency room where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives don't know who shot Rodgers or why.
