In between more serious calls during this week's thick fog, a couple of Mansfield police officers channeled their inner Star Wars Jedi Knights.

Mansfield police social media accounts showed photos of the two officers using their duty flashlights to shine strong beams through the fog -- creating a look eerily similar to the Jedi light sabers made popular in the movies.

The officers pose in such a way that the beams cross like two Jedi Knights engaged in combat. The caption of the photo says "...Sergeant Toumbs and Officer Sheets practicing their @starwars Jedi skills in the fog. May the Force be with you, and drive safely."
