Arlington police say they get some pretty interesting 911 calls every day, but nothing like this.
Thursday night nearly a dozen people called 9-1-1 to report some sort of gorilla - like creature walking in the area of Arkansas and Collins.
Police made the scene and it turns out it was in fact a big gorilla looking thing - but it was harmless.
It was a guy in a costume. The officer chatted with him, took a picture with the five legged, spiked creature and was on his way.
