Two people were injured on Sunday morning in Deep Ellum after police said at least three suspects opened fire on a crowded street.
Dallas police are working to identify the suspects who were caught on surveillance video running near Malcolm X Boulevard firing handguns, according to a police report.
The footage shows those out on the street scattering when the gunshots were fired, ducking behind cars as they ran and made their way off the street in a hurry.
Police are attempting to identify one suspect who was seen wearing a red shirt, red shorts with a Nike logo, and white tennis shoes.
Those injured are currently being treated at a local hospital, and police shared that they are in stable condition.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or who has information about the shooting to contact Detective Orlandus Bronner at 214-671-3631 or orlandus.bronner@dallascityhall.com.
