Police are now saying it was not the first offense for the suspect in a deadly crash in North Richland Hills.

North Richland Hills Police say 26-year-old Gabriella Anchondo was driving drunk on Booth Calloway at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday when she hit and killed a woman walking along the roadway.

Police are saying Anchondo was previously arrested for DWI on December 12th, just 15 days before the most recent deadly crash, and she was out on bond pending trial.

Anchondo is now charged with a second offense of DWI and intoxication manslaughter. She's currently behind bars in the Tarrant County Jail on bonds totaling $76,000.
