A Red Oak man is facing a felony charge of tampering with a government record in Ellis County.
The Ellis County Sheriff's Office reports that charges against Randy Nance stem from his time as operations manager for American Medical Response which provides ambulance services.
Sheriff's investigators claim they looked into perceived "discrepancies in in compliance reports Mr. Nance submitted to the cities of Waxahachie, Red Oak, Ennis and Ellis County."
Investigators also noted what they call, "evidence showing Mr. Nance made false entries and alterations to data that is a government record."
