Arlington police now believe a man killed in a crash Tuesday may have suffered a medical emergency.
Police say an SUV crashed into a tree in a front yard on Southmoor Drive near Center Street and Pioneer Parkway. The SUV rolled on its side and the driver, who police say was not wearing a seat belt, was found dead at the scene.
A relative who arrived shortly after the crash told police the victim may have suffered a medical episode but the Tarrant County Medical Examiner has not yet ruled on the cause of death.
