Inflation keeps hammering North Texas renters who are seeing their housing costs soar.
The latest numbers from "The Rent Report" show that state-wide, rents are up 40% from last year this time.
The biggest hike in North Texas is the 28% increase in Irving.
The percentage increase in Frisco is a more modest 12.76% but that's enough to put Frisco's average rent for a one-bedroom apartment over $2,000 per month - not including utilities.
