Collin County is not looking good in a new study on the pay gap between men and women.

A new report by the business research company ChamberofCommerce.org says Frisco has the largest gender pay gap in the country.

According to the report, women in Frisco make just 56% of what men make doing the same job, and it's even lower than that when it comes to management positions.

But Frisco isn't the only local city on this list. McKinney had the fifth largest pay gap, and Plano was sixth.

But this isn't just a red city, blue city situation because Seattle and San Francisco also made the list.

Breaking it down by occupation, law firms have the biggest pay gap followed by health care providers.
