A lawsuit against former Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has reportedly been settled, ending the need for a civil trial that was scheduled for this week.

In 2021, a Frisco woman who was Elliott's neighbor sued him claiming his dogs got loose and attacked her.

As reported by TMZ, Elliot's three dogs got loose when a landscaping crew was working in Elliott's yard. According to that report, one of the dogs bit Jennifer Gampper, causing "severe and permanent injuries."

She sued for a million dollars. But now, the Dallas Morning News reports the matter has been settled but the terms of the settlement have not been revealed.
