There are 32.5 million small businesses in the U.S., according to the Small Business Administration, but too many do not have a clearly-defined playbook for success.
Retail expert Bob Negan is out to change that. After building his own business from a struggling operation into a smashing, multimillion-dollar success, Negan has shwon other business owners the way for the past two decades.
Negan will host his daylong Retail Boot Camp in McKinney on Monday. The workshop, which is sponsored by McKinney Main Street, will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and is open to any business owner.
