Reunion Tower in Downtown Dallas wants to show off its new lights with a series of shows this month.
The 'Hello Summer' show will be displayed on top of The Ball at 8:30pm every Wednesday night in August lasting up until Midnight.
Reunion Tower's Jenna Guinn says this comes after the lighting renovation earlier this year.
"You can see a new thermometer effect that we're trying out. There's a sun that's going to be setting and rising," Guinn said. "We went from having 259 lights to over 8,000 so the shows are bigger and brighter."
The additional lights will allow the Dallas landmark to do many more effects that previously were not possible.
"You won't be able to see it as much from inside the GeO-Deck but you can definitely see it when you're leaving, on your way to the parking lot," Guinn said. "If you are away from Downtown Dallas you can see it on the Earthcam that we have linked on our website."
