There's now a $15,000 reward offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who shot and killed Zyah Lacy.
The 2-year-old girl was attending an event with her family on Hay Road in east Dallas on Sunday when a car drove by and someone opened fire. Zyah was shot and killed and an adult at the event was shot and injured.
The Dallas office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering the reward.
Investigators are urging anyone with information about the case to call their tip line at 972-974-GUNS (4867). People can also submit tips through email at ATFTips@atf.gov or through the ATF's website at www.atf.gov/contact/atftips
