A hit-and-run driver is still on the loose in Wise County where a motorcyclist was killed on Highway 287 in Rhome last week.
Police say a Decatur man identified as John Newton died when his motorcycle was run off the road by a gray or silver pick-up truck hauling a trailer described as orange on the bottom with a black tarp covering a water tank - that are part of pressure washers.
Rhome police say the suspect truck and trailer was followed by another similar rig and that the drivers may have been travelling together.
Police are circulating a photo taken from security video recorded at a John Deere dealership near the scene.
