Richardson police have arrested a 75-year-old Garland man suspected of killing a woman in a grocery store parking lot on Friday.
Richardson Police say a man approached a pickup truck in the parking lot of the Tom Thumb on Arapaho Road east of Waterview and shot 80-year-old Kathryn Kramer several times. Kramer later died, with Eddie Leon Williams now in custody.
Richardson police say the two apparently had a personal relationship but haven't speculated about a motive for the crime.
