Dallas (1080 KRLD) - A former Rockwall middle school teacher has been sentenced to 10-years in prison for sexually harassing an 8th-grade girl.
50-year-old Marc Allison, a former orchestra teacher at Rockwall's Cain Middle School, admitted to harassing, touching, and e-mailing the girl all with sexual overtones.
Allison began e-mailing the girl in October of 2019. By the time the girl went to the school resource officer. Allison has also touched her breast, purchased a sex toy, and brought syringes to the school to draw and drink the girl's blood.
He was fired by the school district immediately. The deal calls for Allison to serve 10-years in prison and then another 10-years on probation. If he doesn't comply it will mean a total of 20-years in prison.
