A Saginaw man is up on a federal indictment on drug trafficking charges.
Police say Kevin McCauley is charged in the death of a victim from Argyle who died from a fentanyl overdose in March.
Investigators say the source of the fentanyl was McCauley who, following his indictment, made his initial appearance before a federal judge in Plano.
He remains in federal custody. The US Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas says McCauley faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.
