KAUFMAN (1080 KRLD)- Volunteers continue the search for Waid Robison, a Kaufman County man who’s been missing for eight months.
The 22-year-old disappeared in April this year after reportedly walking away from a car crash near Clements Bridge in Forney. Sunday morning, search teams gathered to comb the area near Highway 80 and FM 460, Robinson’s last known location.
The Forney Fire Department, Texas Game Wardens, Kaufman County Constable's Office, and volunteers took part in the search back in April with no success.
A spokesperson for the City of Forney said the search had transitioned from rescue to recovery, focusing efforts on the retrieval of Robison.
