18 year-old Andrew Martinez has been identified as the man captured and charged in the illegal street racing hit-and-run that killed a woman and her dog last month.

Linda Pearson and her small dog were crossing the street near Ferguson and Highwood Drive the day after Thanksgiving. Two racing cars came screaming down the street and struck them, leaving them to die.
Last week, a man named Brayan Ontiverosmontoya was arrested and charged with street racing and causing an accident involving death.
Yesterday, Dallas police announced the arrest of the other driver but his name has not yet been released.
