DeSoto police have now identified the second man arrested Monday in a SWAT operation targeting two fugitives, one of which was wanted on capital murder charges for two fatal shootings in Texarkana.
The murder suspect was named as a 17-year-old identified as Kevonte Collins of Texarkana.
Now, the second man has been identified as a DeSoto man named Jose Hernandez who had drug warrants out of Dallas County.
