Developing situation out of Plano -- where several businesses are evacuated - because of a hazmat situation. This is happening along the service road of 75 between Park and Parker.
Police are helping out - and say there are gas fumes emitting from the sewage system and they say -- there's a 'high probability of a possible explosion based on the fumes in the sewage system.
