The CDC is investigating some reports of heart inflammation in teens who have gotten a covid-19 vaccine shot. Should parents be concerned?
On Ask the Expert, Fort Worth Pediatrician Dr. Gary Floyd joined the KRLD Afternoon News. He's the president-elect of the Texas Medical Association. He tells KRLD's Kristin Diaz and David Rancken that the reports are very preliminary and are not exactly proven to be a side effect of the coronavirus vaccine. His advice to parents is that being vaccinated against COVID-19 far outweighs any concerns about the shot.
