According to McKinney Police, the 83-year-old woman who had been missing since yesterday has been safely located.
Police said Daisy Norwood was last seen at 5:30 this morning at the Tiger Mart in Dallas, where she was asking for directions saying she was lost.
Police said she'd been driving for more than 24 hours now -- trying to find her way back home. She is white, 5'02" tall, 175 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes.
A silver alert had been issued with police stating that she might be suffering from cognitive impairment, and they believed her disappearance "poses a credible threat to her own health and safety."
