A shooting in Arlington last night led to a police chase that ended with six people in the hospital.

Arlington Police say they received a 9-1-1 call about a shooting Thursday night on Chalice Road, in a neighborhood west of Hwy 360 between Arkansas and Mayfield.

Witnesses say a group of teens was fighting, one person pulled out a gun and fired, and then everyone ran off. Police say no one was hurt in that shooting.

A few hours later, police saw a car that might have been involved a few blocks away from the shooting on Pioneer Parkway. Officers tried to pull the vehicle over, but it sped off. Arlington police say officers started chasing the car because of the violent incident reported earlier.

During the chase, they say the fleeing suspect's car hit two others near Pioneer and Cooper. Four people in the suspects' car went to the hospital along with two people in one of the other cars that were hit.

Police say everyone will be okay, and they're now pinning down what charges to file against the group who started the chase and were involved in the shooting. No suspects or victims have been identified.
