Dallas Mavericks fans are frustrated after the team not only traded away superstar Luka Doncic but followed it up by announcing a significant increase in some season ticket prices.

The franchise removed a massive banner featuring Doncic's image from the facade of the American Airlines Center. Meanwhile, KRLD's media partner NBC 5 reported that some season ticket prices will jump by more than 60% next season.

For fans like Dallas restaurant owner Eddie Kota, the news has been especially difficult to stomach. Kota, whose eatery, Eddie’s Euromart, serves Eastern European cuisine, said the community is heartbroken.
