For a fourth day, Southwest Airlines has canceled the majority of its flights Tuesday and CEO Bob Jordan explains it's part of their effort to catch up after the weekend of massive storms.
Speaking by video posted to social media Tuesday night, Jordan said they are "focused on safely getting all the pieces back into position to end this rolling struggle."
Critics including the unions representing Southwest employees have been saying the problem is not the weather but rather the outdated technologies Southwest uses to schedule its crews.
Another 2,500 Southwest flights have been canceled for Wednesday, many of them at Dallas Love Field.
