The hills are alive with a sea of blue as Ennis launches the 74th Annual Bluebonnet Trails Festival! Located just 40 minutes south of Dallas, Ennis is the official Bluebonnet City of Texas and this weekend, it's the place to be for nature lovers and festival-goers alike.
What to Expect:

- Don't Let Rain Dampen the Fun: Forecasters are calling for some rain, but as Mayor Linda Isbell says, "a little bit of rain always makes them chime that much more"!
- Expect a Crowd: With nearly 100,000 visitors expected in Ennis over the month and 50,000 for the festival alone, plan to arrive early.
Festival Hours:
- Friday: 9:00 AM – Evening
