Which way will the fight over guns at this year's State Fair of Texas go? The Texas Attorney General has given the city and the State Fair until the end of the week to reverse a new policy.

The State Fair decided to ban guns as a matter of safety....partly because of last year's shooting at the fair that wounded three. But Attorney General Ken Paxton made the threat of legal action on behalf of dozens of Republican lawmakers like Ellis County's Brian Harrison who says he feels safer knowing law-abiding citizens at the fair are armed.

The Fair starts at the end of next month, leaving room for court appeals no matter what happens.
