More than 22 million passengers are likely to pass through DFW Airport this summer and another 15 million are expected at Dallas Love Field between the Memorial Day and Labor Day holiday weekends.
That total of 37 million travelers is about seven percent more than 2019, the last year before the Covid pandemic struck.
It looks like the busiest days will be July 7th and July 10th, the Friday and Monday bracketing the weekend following Independence Day.
About 750,000 flyers are expected on those two days at the primary DFW airports.
