A man is behind bars, charged with the murder of a 25-year-old in a Dallas parking lot.
Police reports say it happened a little after midnight on April 29 outside of a sports bar off of North Stemmons Freeway, near West Mockingbird Lane.
The victim had been shot multiple times, but was still alive when police got to the scene. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
Police have been searching for his killer ever since. Officer Michael Dennis says this week they found him.
"A Mr. Tyketrick Montgomery was arrested for the murder of the victim, who was identified as Darrin Wilson," Dennis says.
Montgomery, 30, has been charged with murder and is being held on a $250,000 bond. There is no word yet on a motive.
