Three suspects have been identified after a deadly robbery in the parking lot of a Dallas Costco store.
Dallas Police say 17-year-old James Levels, 17-year-old Janiya Miller, and 19-year-old Jacoby Tatum have all been named as suspects in the attempted robbery and shooting Tuesday night.
An additional suspect who is a juvenile is the one accused of shooting and killing 60-year-old Ali Elbanna. He was attacked Tuesday night as he loaded groceries into his car in the parking lot of the Costco Business Center on Park Lane.
It's unclear at this time whether the juvenile will be tried as an adult.
Levels and Tatum are each being held on a capital murder charge, with bonds set at $500,000 each. Miller is also being held on a capital murder charge, along with two counts of aggravated robbery. Her bond is set at $700,000.
