Who painted a swastika in a downtown parking structure is a big mystery for Dallas police.
The Nazi symbol was painted on the top of a multi-level parking structure so it was impossible to see from the ground. But it was easily visible from Reunion Tower where Jeremy Stafford saw it and snapped a widely-viewed picture.
He tells NBC-5 there were actually two swastikas. The larger was the width of three parking spaces.
Dallas police say they're on it, with an e-mail saying the department will apply "its full resources to investigating this and any other type of hate crime against the citizens of Dallas."
