A Fort Worth SWAT standoff is over and one man is under arrest while police are still looking for two other people.

This all started Tuesday evening about 7 p.m. when a 9-1-1 caller told police he is a food delivery driver and he had been robbed at the Tides of Boca Raton South Apartments, a complex near I-30 and Loop 820 in east Fort Worth.

He said a man had stolen the food he was delivering so he chased the guy toward an apartment when another man pulled a gun on him and stole his wallet.

The delivery man told police what apartment it was and said those two men and a woman were inside. Police tried to talk them out with no luck at first. But eventually one man came out and the driver identified him as one of the thieves. But nothing was heard from the other two.

The SWAT team was called in and tried to negotiate. But still hearing nothing from inside, the officers breached the door and entered the apartment which turned out to be empty.

They are questioning the one guy they arrested and hoping to get enough information to track down the other two.
