Three months after a Rendon woman and her adult daughter were murdered in their own home, the daughter and granddaughter of the victims has now been indicted.
Last November, an 84-year-old woman named Bertha Bailey was fatally shot. Her adult daughter Shari, also mortally wounded, was able to call 9-1-1. However she died a few hours later.
Police reports say before her death, Shari Bailey identified her daughter Kaitlyn as the shooter.
Kaitlyn Bailey was tracked down in Callahan County, about two hours west of Fort Worth. She's been locked up in the Tarrant County jail since November 27th.
A Tarrant County grand jury has now indicted Kaitlyn on capital murder charges.
