Thousands of people are planning to see Taylor Swift when she performs for three nights at AT&T Stadium - and now we know -- she's also feeding thousands of people as well.
The Tarrant Area Food Bank said Swift has made a 'generous donation.' Julie Butner is the president of the food bank. “We want to thank Taylor for this gift, and for caring about people who may not know where their next meal will come from in the Tarrant Area” Julie said. “Food banks across the state are seeing increases in need due to inflation rising costs and we know her donation couldn’t have come at a greater time of need. Today at the Taylor Area Food Bank, as we’ve been calling it all week, Taylor is a Hunger Hero” she continued.
They did invite her to visit, but she politely declined.
KRLD reached out to ask about the size of the donation, and were told they couldn't say, and the star just wanted it to be referred to as a generous donation. The food bank said she's also donating to several other non-food charities.
