Two men shot in Fort Worth domestic disturbance involving a woman, her boyfriend and an ex

Two men are being treated for gunshot wounds after being wounded in what Fort Worth police believe to be a domestic disturbance involving a woman, her ex and her current boyfriend.

This all began Sunday night just before 9:30 p.m. when a woman called 911 to say her boyfriend had been shot at a home on Pecos Street on the northern edge of Prairie Dog Park. Police found a man had been shot in the stomach. He was rushed to the hospital in stable condition.

The woman explained what happened, saying her ex returned their child after a Sunday outing. The boyfriend was there and the two men quarreled. Then they started punching one another. Then they both pulled pistols and shot each other.

While investigating, police learned that another man believed to be the ex had turned up at a Fort Worth hospital, wounded in the arm.
