Man sentenced to 30 years for role in sexual assault of infant

A Fort Worth man who recorded on video an infant being sexually assaulted will spend the next three decades in a federal prison.

According to reports, 34-year-old Chester Leban was sentenced last week to 30 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to sexual exploitation of a child back in January.

In July of 2018, as police responded to a domestic disturbance call, Leban admitted to using his cell phone to record a sexually explicit encounter between a woman and a five-month-old baby.

The woman involved, Emily Conner, also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison.

Upon completion of their sentences, both Leban and Conner will be on lifetime supervised release.
