For the fourth time in a week, Texans power use broke another record.

The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) announced it hit another record for demand Monday, and that follows records set last Tuesday and Thursday.

Another record for demand is expected today but ERCOT says it has enough power available to meet demand, but it's issued a weather watch ahead of that demand

Since today is expected to be hotter there will likely be another record broken. But ERCOT says the state is ready to deliver the watts. So far there are no calls for conservation and there is enough power to meet even record demand with solar power really helping to supply the grid.

ERCOT says it anticipated record heat this month and was prepared and says it's ready for Ausgust, which is usually warmer than July.
