Donating blood is always a good thing, but sometimes people need a little extra motivation to deal with the needle. That’s why the Texas Rangers have teamed up with Carter Blood Care to hold a blood drive at Globe Life Field this weekend. Anyone that donates blood will get free Rangers’ tickets in return.

On Saturday, the Texas Rangers will hold a community blood drive at Globe Life Field from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Donors will be able to exchange blood for two upper-level tickets to a 2022 Rangers game, while supplies last. According to Fort Worth Star Telegram, donors can park in Lot A, and enter the stadium through the West VIP entrance to go to the event in The High Ball Lounge and 4.21 Food Hall.

The team released a press release with some details about donating blood as well. According to the release donors help people in urgent need of transfusions, including trauma patients, those undergoing cancer treatments, and others. Hopefully the Rangers can pull out a victory to whatever game donors attend.
