A third man has been arrested in the January 11th shooting that killed one man and wounded two in Keene.
Police have now arrested an Irving man named Joshua Velasquez on a drug charge and a second count of engaging in organized criminal activity.
Last week, two Cleburne men were arrested on similar charges of organized criminal activity. So far, no one has been charged with homicide.
Last week, Keene police found a man had been shot dead in a cul-de-sac just south of Highway 67. A second man was badly wounded on the porch of a home on the same street. One street over, another man was found wounded.
