With the help of several departments, firefighters put out a three-alarm fire at a Prosper church.
The fire broke out at the First Presbyterian Church of Prosper just before 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
There were no reports of injuries and nobody was inside.
The church has been on the southwest corner of First Street and Coleman since 1902. It was designated as a historic structure by the Texas Historical Commission in 2012.
No word yet what started the fire at the historic church.
