Three boys are facing charges after a Fort Worth ice cream man faced the barrel of a gun during an attempted robbery yesterday.
The vendor was selling ice cream on Hawkeye Court in a trailer park in southeast Fort Worth. When three boys approached him, one of them pulled a pistol.
Police officers arrived on the scene and the boys ran for it. However, officers chased them down and hauled them in.
Police have not said exactly what charges the boys will face. Because they are underage, the boys' names have not been revealed.
