A three-time, convicted drunk driver from Krum will now face the most serious charge of his life.
Court records show that 53-year old Damon Brown of Krum has been indicted for murder, in what would be his fourth drunk driving arrest.
Brown was arrested in October for running through a stop sign and barrelling into another car driven by 34-year old Aman Qureshi of Aubrey.
Qureshi was killed at the scene which was not far from I-35 and 380 in Denton.
Court records show Brown had pleaded guilty to his third drunk driving charge back in 2000. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and 8-years on probation.
A conviction this time could lock him up for life.
